Q. What does this
vacation package include? Is airfare included?
A. This vacation gift certificate includes 3-Day/2-Night hotel
accommodations in the vacation Capital of the World… Orlando,
Florida, AND 3-Day/2-Night hotel accommodations on the World’s Most
Famous Beach…Daytona Beach, Florida. Transportation to and from the
Central Florida area, hotel taxes and gratuities in Florida are the
responsibility of the traveler.
Q. What if we cannot get
our requested dates of travel?
A. If we are unable to reserve your 1st or 2nd preferred dates of
travel, you may choose another travel date. If we’re unable to
accommodate a travel date to your satisfaction, we’ll refund your
reservation payment and return your certificate to travel at a later
date.
Q. Where will I be
staying?
A. Since this is promotional travel, you will be checking in at our
Welcome Center with your confirmation letter. The Welcome Center
will direct you to your specific hotel.
Q. Can I upgrade my hotel
or add additional nights?
A. Yes, we can add additional nights at discount rates. Ask your
travel coordinator for specific pricing at the time of booking. You
can also ask your representative at the Welcome Center about
upgrading your hotel.
Q. How many people does
this gift certificate accommodate?
A. This gift certificate will accommodate two (2) adults and up to
two (2) children under the age of 18, sharing the same
accommodations.
Q. Can I travel with my
friends/family members who also have a certificate?
A. Gift certificates are not valid for group travel (two or more
certificates traveling together).
Q. Can I add additional
travelers to my gift certificate?
A. We can add additional travelers to all of our gift certificates.
Ask your travel coordinator for specific pricing at the time of
booking.
Q. What dates can I
travel? Do I have to book 30 days in advance?
A. This vacation certificate is subject to promotional availability,
and a minimum advance notice. A 30-day advance notice is required.
Q. How long is
my vacation gift certificate valid for?
A. All vacation
gift certificates are valid for 12-15 months and come with a printed
expiration date.
